My Child,
No matter what you are presently going through, I promise to anchor you. What is that anchor? It is hope, it is the anchor of your soul, your mind. Your mind is under daily attack by the cares and problems of the world, but your present is anchored, held fast, by your future. Hope is a confident expectation of a good future and when I raised my Son Jesus from the dead, I gave you living proof that even death is not the end of your story. The hope that is in Christ guarantees you that you will be greater later despite whatever lows you are feeling now. Rest in the knowledge that I have promised you a flourishing finish and I cannot lie! Rest in the knowledge that no matter what you go through in this world, in the end you win!
Prayer: Father, thank You for the resurrection of Christ, which is my hope. I know that just as death didn't defeat him, it will not defeat me. Therefore, I don't fear man, the devil, or death and I will live my life filled with peace, joy, and hope, in Jesus' name. Amen.
