Pastors Walter and Robin have been called to help saints overcome their past and enjoy “daily victorious living” through his teachings on “True Prosperity.” God has also graced them to train and equip ministers and church leaders to carry out the purpose of God, fulfill their destiny in Christ, and be a part of effecting a Great Harvest of souls in these End Times. OUR FIRST LADY Robin M. Tucker
Since 2003, Pastor Robin Tucker has worked tirelessly alongside her husband of thirty years, Pastor Walter R. Tucker, III, to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. First in Chicago, Illinois for nine years, and now for the last 4 years building their own fairly new ministry in Carson, California - Truth and Love Christian Church.
Pastor Robin is a major part of Truth and Love’s success because she wears many hats. She is the head of the Women’s Ministry and Music Ministry, co-chair of the Marriage Enrichment Ministry, Counseling Ministry, and helped to create the church’s Business Network Ministry that empowers Christian Businesses throughout the community to network with one another. In addition, she serves as the church’s Chief Financial Officer.
The former First Lady of Compton and the former First Lady of the 37th Congressional District, Pastor Robin has always regarded being a First Lady as a position of service to others, not just a title for others to serve her. A product of Compton High School, Compton College, and California State University at Dominguez Hills, Pastor Robin is a tangible example of a local girl. Amidst her busy schedule, she even manages to care for her parents and spend quality time with her husband and adult children, Walter and Autumn and Son - in - love Spencer Rodney, Sr. She is also excited that she is a grandmother of Spencer Rodney, Jr, ("SJ") and Amelia Marie Rodney ("Millie").
Pastor Robin’s life is dedicated to God. She is sold out for God and always looking to go higher in the things of God. She believes that her work is never done. That she must keep pressing forward, letting her light so shine, so that others in this dark and dying world will know that they can make it. Her work and labor of love toward Christ will carry on till the end of her life or until Jesus returns. This is her honor.
